The Gothic hero con.

He has no real powers but he is an expert swordsmen. marksmen, escape artist, and has a photographic memory.  He also uses a motor cycle with an arsenal of gadgets and weaponry.  His foster father is the one who gives him his gadgets, his foster father is one of the richest in the world.

The gothic hero is based a little bit on Batman and Rorschach from Watchmen, but I think I have given him twists that make him unique.  He wears a helmet with reflective lenses and a long trench coat with black armor underneath that provides him with both maneuverability and defiance
